COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1887/76 of 29 July 1976 subjecting to authorization imports into Italy of electric filament lamps origi­ nating in certain European State-trading countries

The quantities listed above are reduced by the quantities imported into Italy, originating from the countries concerned, since the 1 January 1976.

Article2

1 . This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

2. It shall apply up to the entry into force of appropriate measures to be taken by the Council in accordance with Articles 7 (6) and 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 and at the latest until the expiry of a period of six weeks after its entry into force.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
