COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1897 / 76 of 29 July 1976 on the sale at prices fixed in advance of certain boned beef held by the interven tion agencies
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, 1 . From 2 August 1976 and within the limit of the quantities available , the Danish, French, German and Irish intervention agencies shall sell beef, boned in Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No accordance with Regulation ( EEC) No 1315/74, the 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (•), as last amended by cuts and prices of which are set out in Annex I hereto .
