COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1927/76 of 3 August 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1693/76 introducing a countervailing charge on peaches originating in Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced, in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation is amended ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of peaches originating in Greece must Economic Community, be amended, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ( J), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 795/76 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, The amount of 6-28 units of account appearing in Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1693/76 Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1693/76 is replaced of 13 July 1976 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) by the amount of 12-73 units of account. No 1817/76 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on peaches originating in Greece ; Article 2

Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ), of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 August 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
