COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1937/76 of 4 August 1976 abolishing the countervailing charge on lemons originating in Spain

Whereas the first indent of the first subparagraph of Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 lays Article 2 down that once introduced, the charge is to be altered where the variation of the factors in its calculation This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 August leads, during a certain period, to an alteration of its 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
