COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1970/76 of 6 August 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on citric acid, falling within subheading 29.16 A IV a), originating in Mexico, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
