COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1971 /76 of 6 August 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on isopropylamine, falling within subheading 29.22 A ex III , originating in Romania, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
