COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2004/76 of 12 August 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2047/75 on special detailed rules for the applica­ tion of the system of import licences in respect of products of the wine sector

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
