COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2025/76 of 27 July 1976 on the emergency supply of skimmed-milk powder to the Catholic Relief Service for distribution to certain sections of the population of Chile as food aid pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 1299/76
