COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2040 / 76 of 18 August 1976 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regula­ COMMUNITIES , tion , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No A rticle 1 1418/76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in rice ('), and in particular Article The premiums to be added to the import levies fixed 13 (6) thereof, in advance in respect of rice and broken rice are hereby fixed as shown in the table annexed to this Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on rice and broken rice were fixed by Regulation (EEC) Regulation . No 1 755/76 (2 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 994/ 76 (3 ); Article 2 cif forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 August force , which are to be added to the levies, should be 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
