COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2080/ 76 of 23 August 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other outer garments, clothing accessories, etc., of cotton , falling within subheadings 60.05 A ex II and ex B, originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3002/75 of 17 November 1975 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
