COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2138 / 76 of 31 August 1976 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on rice and broken rice

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : hereby fixed as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation . Article 1 Artie e 2 The premiums to be added to the import levies fixed This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September in advance in respect of rice and broken rice are 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
