COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2195 / 76 of 8 September 1976 fixing additional amounts for ovalbumin and lactalbumin
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas, pursuant to Article 2 of Regulation ( EEC) COMMUNITIES , No 990/ 69 (5 ), the import levies on ovalbumin and lactalbumin originating in and coming from Austria Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European are not increased by an additional amount ; Economic Community, Whereas the regular review of the information serving Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No as a basis for the determination of average offer prices 2783 / 75 of 29 October 1975 on the common system for the products listed in Article 1 of Regulation of trade for ovalbumin and lactalbumin ('), and in ( EEC) No 2783 /75 indicates that additional amounts particular Article 5 (5) therof, corresponding to the figures shown in the Annex Whereas, if for a given product, the free-at-frontier below should be fixed for the imports specified in that offer price (hereinafter called the 'offer price') falls Annex ; below the sluice-gate price, the levy applicable to that product must be increased by an additional amount Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation equal to the difference between the sluice-gate price are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage and the offer price determined in accordance with ment Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs, Article 1 of Commission Regulation No 163 /67/ EEC of 26 June 1967 on fixing the additional amount for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : imports of poultry-farming products from third coun tries (2 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1527/73 (3 ) ; whereas that Article 1 applies by virtue of Article 1 Article 2 of Commission Regulation No 201 / 67/ EEC of 28 June 1967 on detailed rules for the application The additional amounts provided for in Article 5 of of Regulation No 170 / 67/ EEC on the common Regulation ( EEC) No 2783 /75 are hereby fixed as system of trade for ovalbumin and lactalbumin and shown in the Annex for the products listed in Article repealing Regulation No 48 /67/ EEC (4 ) ; 1 of that Regulation which appear in the Annex .
