COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2214/76 of 10 September 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2097/76 introducing a countervailing charge on peaches originating in Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation is amended ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of peaches originating in Greece must Economic Community, be amended, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 795/76 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second paragraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, The amount ' 18-55' units of account appearing in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2097/76 is replaced Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2097/76 by '23-1 T units of account. of 25 August 1976 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2169/76 (4), introduced a countervailing Article 2 charge on peaches originating in Greece ; Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a September 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
