COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2223/ 76 of 9 September 1976 amending Regulation ( ECC) No 2101 /76 temporarily and totally suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on a number of fresh or chilled vegetables

Article 2 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2101 /76 is hereby deleted .

Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
