COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2243 /76 of 15 September 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 935 /76 fixing the aid for skimmed milk for use as feed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN this amount of aid for skimmed milk should be COMMUNITIES, extended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the Management Committee for Milk and Economic Community, Milk Products has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in particular Article 10 (3) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Article 2a ( 1 ) and (3) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 986/68 of 15 July 1968 laying down general In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 935/76, the rules for granting aid for skimmed-milk powder for expression 'for the period 1 May to 15 September use as feed (3), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) 1976' shall be replaced by 'with effect from 1 May No 796/76 (4), defines the criteria governing the fixing 1976'. of these aids ; whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 935/76 of 23 April 1976 (5) has fixed the amount Article 2 of the aid for skimmed milk applicable until 15 September 1976 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas, applying these rules to the present market publication in the Official Journal of the European situation , it follows that the period of application of Communities.
