COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2262/76 of 16 September 1976 altering the export refunds on white sugar and raw sugar exported in the natural state

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the export refunds at present in COMMUNITIES, force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the commbn organi Article 1 zation of the market in sugar (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 487/76 (2), and in particular the The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) second sentence of the last subparagraph of Article 1 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74, undenatured and (2) thereof, exported in the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Whereas the refunds on white sugar and raw sugar Regulation (EEC) No 2196/76 are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . exported in the natural state were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2196/76 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 No 2196/76 to the information at present available to September 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
