COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2305 / 76 of 23 September 1976 re-establishing the levying* of the customs duties on woodscrews falling within subheading 73.32 B ex II , originating in Hong Kong , to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
