COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2323/ 76 of 24 September 1976 authorizing Denmark and the United Kingdom temporarily and totally to suspend customs duties on a number of vegetables imported from other Member States

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, Having regard to the Treaty of Accession ('), and in particular Article 59 (4) of the Act annexed thereto,
