COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2399/76 of 1 October 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1500/76 on the granting of private aid for beef at a standard rate fixed in advance

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal (!), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 568/76 (2), and in particular There is hereby added to Article 1 of Regulation Article 6 (5) (b) thereof, (EEC) No 1500/76 the following paragraph 5 : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1500/76 '5.
