COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2408 / 76 of 4 October 1976 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on zinc oxide and zinc peroxide , falling within heading No 28.19, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010 /75 of 17 November 1975 apply
