COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2409/ 76 of 4 October 1976 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on flax or ramie yarn , not put up for retail sale, falling within heading No 54.03 , originating jn Brazil , to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3004/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
