COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2421 /76 of 5 October 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties applicable to third countries on certain products originating in Sweden

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN ceiling ; whereas the situation on the Community COMMUNITIES, market requires that customs duties applicable to third countries on the products in question be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European re-established , Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 92/76 of 20 January 1976 establishing ceilings and Commu­ Article 1 nity supervision of imports of certain products origi­ nating in Sweden (2), and in particular Article 1 From 9 October 1976 to 31 December 1976, the thereof, levying of customs duties applicable to third countries Whereas Article 3 of the abovementioned Protocol shall be re-established on imports into the Commu­ nity of the following products : provides that the products listed below, imported under reduced duty rates according to Article 2, are subject to the annual ceiling indicated below, above CCT heading Description of goods Origin which the customs duties applicable to third countries No may be re-established : 73.02 Ferro-alloys : CCT E. 73.02 Ferro-alloys : E. Ferro-chromium and ferro-silico­ Article 2 chromium 21 066 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas imports into the Community of those following its publication in the Official Journal of products originating in Sweden have reached that the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
