COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2436/ 76 of 6 October 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on waste of man-made fibres, not carded, combed or otherwise prepared for spinning , falling within heading No 56.03, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3004/ 75 of 17 November 1975 apply
