COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2503/ 76 of 14 October 1976 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on plaiting materials bound together in parallel strands, etc., falling within heading No 46.02, originating in Hong Kong , to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
