COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2578 / 76 of 22 October 1976 fixing the minimum import levies on olive oil

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

( ) For imports ot oil falling within this tariff subheading and produced entirely in one ot the countries listed below and transported directly from those countries to the Community , the levy to be collected is reduced by : ( a ) Greece and Spain : 0-50 u.a . / 100 kg ; ( b ) Turkey : 0.50 u.a . / 100 kg , in addition , and provided that the operator furnishes proof of having paid the export tax applied bv Turkey , the levy is reduced bv 4.5 u.a / 100 kg , ( c ) Algeria . Morocco , Tunisia : 20 50 u.a . / 100 kg provided that the operator furnishes proof of having paid the export tax applied bv those countries ; however, the repayment may not exceed the amount ot the tax in force .
