COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2583/ 76 of 22 October 1976 concerning an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil as food aid to the World Food Programme for certain third countries
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Tenders are invited in accordance with Regulation 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization ( EEC) No 2247/75 for the costs of manufacture and of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last delivery to the WFP of 675 metric tons of butteroil amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in divided into the following lots : particular Article 6 (7) thereof, — Lot A : 10 metric tons for Nepal, Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 695/76 of 25 — Lot B : 1 50 metric tons for Tanzania, March 1976 on the supply of milk fats to certain deve loping countries and international organizations under — Lot C : 515 metric tons for Syria . the 1976 food-aid programme (3), provides inter alia that 16 000 metric tons of butteroil obtained from butter held by the intervention agencies shall be made available to the World Food Programme (WFP) ; Article 2 whereas the WFP has requested the supply of 675 metric tons of butteroil for certain third countries ; whereas this delivery shall be considered as completed 1 . 2.
