COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2609/ 76 of 27 October 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 571 /76 following the fixing of a new exchange rate to be applied in Denmark in agriculture

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinions of the relevant management committees , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 557/76 of 15 March 1976 on the exchange rates to be Article 1 applied in agriculture and repealing Regulation (EEC) Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 571 /76 is No 475/75 ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) amended as follows : No 2596/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, ' 1 .
