COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2624 / 76 of 28 October 1976 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on articles of asphalt or of similar material falling within heading No 68.08 , originating in Romania to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 3010 /75 of 17 November 1975 apply
