COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2704/ 76 of 8 November 1976 concerning an invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to the World Food Programme for Cuba

Article 3 2. By way of derogation from Article 3 (2) of Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 1221 /75, the tenderer shall specify in 1 .
