COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2722/76

of 25 October 1976 on the tariff treatment applicable within the Community as originally constituted to certain products imported from the new Member States for use in the construction, maintenance and repair of certain aircraft

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, in order to maintain the Community preference for these products, the customs duties applicable within the Community as originally constituted to any such products imported from the Having regard to the Act of Accession (*), and in new Member States for the same use shall be totally particular the second paragraph of Article 33 suspended over the same period, thereof,
