; COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2773 / 76 of 16 November 1976 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76 fixing monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN published ; whereas the Regulation in question should COMMUNITIES , therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture Footnote (4) to Part 5 of Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 572/ 76 is amended as follows : following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member (4 ) For products under subheading 04.01 A II a) States ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No the basis amount as- well as the additional 557/76 (2 ), and in particular Article 3 thereof, amount is replaced by the single amount of 4-440 . Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts intro­ duced by Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Article 2 Regulation ( EEC) No 572/ 76 (3 ) and amended with effect from 8 November 1976 by Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 No 2701 / 76 (4 ) ; whereas footnote (4 ) to Part 5 of November 1976 . If so requested it shall apply from 8 Annex I as a result of an error was not correctly to 15 November 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
