COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2780 /76 of 17 November 1976 fixing for the marketing year 1976/77 the minimum purchase price for oranges supplied for processing and the amount of financial compensation payable in respect of the processing of such oranges
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2601 /69 of 18 December 1969 laying down special Article 1 measures to encourage the processing of certain varie ties of oranges ( ] ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2483/75 (2), and in particular Articles 2 (3) 1 . For the marketing year 1976/77, the minimum and 3 (2) thereof, price referred to in Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2601 / 69 shall be as follows :
