COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2791 / 76 of 18 November 1976 fixing the rate of wine deliveries for producers of white quality wines psr of the 1976 harvest

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Wine, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 816/70 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provi­ sions for the common organization of the market in wines ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 11 67/76 (2), and in particular Article 24 (7) thereof, The rate referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2687/76 of 4 No 2687/76 for the 1976/77 marketing year shall be November 1976 concerning a special rate of wine 7% . deliveries for white quality wines psr of the 1976 harvest (3), provides that, for the 1976/77 marketing year, producers of white quality wines psr may be Article 2 subject to a rate of not less than 7 % in respect of the percentage of their harvest eligible to be so described ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas this rate should be fixed at the lowest level following its publication in the Official Journal of permissible under Regulation (EEC) No 2687/76 ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
