COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2818 / 76 of 22 November 1976 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on cereals, flour and malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN altered as shown in the tables annexed to this Regula­ COMMUNITIES , tion , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No A rticle 1 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by The scale of the premiums to be added, pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 1 143 /76 (2 ), and in particular Article 15 of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, to the Article 1 5 ( 6) thereof, import levies fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt is hereby fixed as shown in the tables Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on annexed to this Regulation . cereals and malt were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 883/ 76 (3 ) and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas, on the basis of today's cif prices and cif forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 force , which are to be added to the levies, should be November 1976 .

This Regulation shall oe binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
