which have an olive oil content of not more than Article 5 3 % .

Article 4 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1977 . The detailed rules for the implementation of this Regulation shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 38 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC. It shall be applicable until 31 October 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
