COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2857 / 76 of 23 November 1976 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 , kg falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 From 1 January to 31 December 1977, the auto­ thereof, nomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechani­ cally propelled aircraft of an unladen weight Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by exceeding 15 000 kg falling within subheading ex the Commission , 88.02 B II c) shall be totally suspended. Whereas the autonomous duty on mechanically Article 2 propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg should be totally suspended for the period This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1 January to 31 December 1977, 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
