COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2860/ 76 of 23 November 1976 increasing the Community tariff quota opened for 1976 by Regulation ( EEC) No 2886/75 for newsprint falling within subheading 48.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN this quantity to take account of the requirements COMMUNITIES , noted ; whereas, in order to safeguard the Community character of the tariff quota in question, a Community Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European reserve equal to the proposed increase should be set Economic Community, and in particular Articles 28 up , and 113 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, for newsprint falling within subheading Article 1 48.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff, a duty-free Community tariff quota, the amount of which was 1 .
