COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2861 / 76 of 23 November 1976 increasing the Community tariff quota opened for 1976 by Regulation ( EEC) No 2883 / 75 for raw silk (not thrown) falling within heading No 50.02 of the Common Customs Tariff
