COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2873/76 of 26 November 1976 derogating from Regulation (EEC) No 223/76 setting up a system linking imports of beef and veal products effected by way of protective measures with the sale of preserved beef held by intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 568/76 (2), and in particular Arti­ Article 1 cles 7 (3) and 21 (2) thereof,
