COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2889/ 76 of 29 November 1976 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2819 /76 Regulation (EEC) No 2819/76 is hereby repealed . of 22 November 1976 (3 ), introduced a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain ; Article 2

Whereas Article 25 of Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/ 72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December on the introduction of countervailing charges applies 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
