COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2890/ 76 of 29 November 1976 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Greece

( EEC) No 2837/76 (4), introduced countervailing charges on cucumbers originating in Greece ; Article 2

Whereas Article 25 of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December on the introduction of countervailing charges applies 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
