COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2924/76 of 1 December 1976 amending Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2101 /75 on a standing invitation to tender in order to determine a levy and/or refund on exports of white sugar
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Sugar, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organi zation of the market in sugar (!), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1487/76 (2), and in particular Articles 1 2 (2), 1 7 (5) and 1 9 (4) thereof, 1 . In Article 6(1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2101 /75, Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) the amount 'two units of account' is replaced by 'three units of account'.
