COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2972/76 of 7 December 1976 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EEC) No 1861 /76 on the transfer to the Italian intervention agency of skimmed-milk powder held by the intervention agencies of other Member States
