COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2994/76 of 9 December 1976 increasing the Community tariff quota opened for 1976 by Regulation (EEC) No 2876/75 for certain plywoods of coniferous species falling within heading No ex 44.15 of the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN increase should be added to the Community reserve COMMUNITIES , set up under the abovementioned Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 28 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : and 1 1 3 thereof, Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Whereas in Regulation (EEC) No 2876/75 ('), the 1 .
