COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3061/76 of 14 December 1976 abolishing the countervailing charge on mandarins (including tangerines and satsumas), Clementines, wilkings and other similar citrus hybrids originating in Algeria

Whereas the present trend of prices for Algerian Article 2 products on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 (4), as amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 Regulation (EEC) No 385/75 (5), recorded or calcu December 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
