COMMISSION REGULATION EEC No 3070 / 76 of 15 December 1976 fixing countervailing charges in the wine sector

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(2) Until 31 December 1977, in application of Article 9 (3) second subparagraph, second indent of Regulation (EEC) No 816/70, the countervailing charge shall not be levied on imports of grape juice (including grape must), whether concentrated or not, into the United Kingdom and Ireland, intended for the production in those two Member States of products falling within heading No 22.07 of the Common Customs Tariff for which the use of a composite name including the word 'wine' is authorized. (5) To qualify for exemption from the countervailing charge, the VI 1 document must include express mention of the word 'Riesling' or 'Sylvaner'.
