COUNCIL REGULATION (EURATOM) No 3075/76 of 13 December 1976 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for esta­ blishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Republic of Germany

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Staff Regulations of officials and the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities, as laid down in Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 (1), as last amended by Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No 2577/75 (2), and in particular Article 94 of the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Whereas in Regulation No 9/65/Euratom (3), as last amended by Regulation (Euratom) No 2869/75 (4), the Council laid down the conditions governing remuneration and social secu­ rity for establishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Repu­ blic of Germany ; Whereas, the salary increases under the 'Bundesangestelltentarifvertrag' and the 'Mantelta­ rifvertrag fur Arbeiter des Bundes' justify a further amendment of Regulation No 9/65/ Euratom,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Regulation No 9/65/Euratom is amended as follows with effect from 1 February 1976 : 1 . In Article 3 (a) ' DM 95' is replaced by ' DM 100'. 2. In Article 3 (b) 'DM 140' is replaced by 'DM 145'.

Article 2 The second paragraph of Article 9 of Regulation No 9/65/Euratom is replaced by the following : 'In accordance with local practice, payments may be made in addition to those provided for by German social security laws.' Article 4 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
