COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 3076/76 of 13 December 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2632/76 on the opening, allocation and adminis tration of a Community tariff quota for certain hand-made products
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas trade with Peru and Honduras is foreseen in COMMUNITIES, the products concerned and it is therefore necessary for practical reasons to supplement the aforemen Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European tioned Regulation by adding examples of the certifi Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 cates to be issued by the authorities in those countries, thereof,
Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 2632/76 (! ) the Council opened and allocated between the Member States an annual duty-free Community tariff quota for Article 1 hand-made products for 1977 of an overall maximum amount of 10 million units of account with a limit of Annexes XVII and XVIII given in the Annex to this 1 200 000 units of account for each tariff heading or Regulation shall be added to Regulation (EEC) No subheading concerned ; whereas under the terms of 2632/76 . Article 1 (2) of the aforementioned Regulation, products may be admitted under the Community tariff quota only on the submission to the Commu Article 2 nity's customs authorities of a certificate issued by the recognized authorities of the country of origin certi This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1977 . fying that the goods concerned are hand-made ;
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
