COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 3095 /76 of 17 December 1976 on the sale at prices fixed in advance of certain boned beef held by the interven­ tion agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN should therefore be permitted to take the necessary COMMUNITIES , action in such cases ;

Article1¶

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 79 /75 of 14 January 1975 (3), as last amended by Regulation 1 . During the period 20 December 1976 to 7 (EEC) No 454/76 (4), provides for the sale by monthly January 1977, the Danish and Irish intervention agen­ tender of boned beef held by the intervention agen­ cies shall each offer for sale up to 1 500 metric tons of cies ; whereas not all the meat offered for tender has beef boned in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No been allocated ; 2630/75 .

2.
