COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 3158 /76 of 21 December 1976 on the supply of butteroil as emergency food aid for Lebanon pursuant to Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 695 / 76

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN view of the situation in Lebanon , the Community COMMUNITIES , should bear the costs of transport to the frontier of that country, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 694/76 of 25 March 1976 laying down general rules Article 1 for the supply of milk fats as food aid to certain deve­ loping countries and international organizations under Of the 3 640 metric tons of butteroil provided for as a the 1976 food-aid programme ('), and in particular reserve by Regulation ( EEC) No 695/76, 1 240 metric Articles 3 and 8 thereof, tons shall be allocated to Lebanon . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
